Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
For hygiene reasons, jewelry, accessories, and intimate items (such as bodysuits, lingerie, or earrings) are non-returnable.
Final sale and clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.

We’ll provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back using the provided details.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your package reaches us.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping fees from your original order are non-refundable.
We currently offer size and color exchanges for eligible items.
If the requested item is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund instead.
If you received an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we’ll arrange a free replacement or refund.

Then contact your credit card company or payment provider, as processing can take time.
