A: Orders are processed quickly, so changes or cancellations are only possible within a short time after purchase. Please contact us immediately if you need assistance.

 



Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long will delivery take?
A: Delivery times vary depending on the item’s origin and destination:

  • Items shipped from the USA: Arrive within 2–5 business days for U.S. customers and around 5–10 business days for most international destinations.
  • Items shipped from overseas: Usually arrive within 7–15 business days, depending on your location and local customs processing.
  • Always check the estimated delivery timeline displayed on the product pages for accuracy.

Please note: Due to occasional carrier delays, some orders may arrive later than the estimated delivery window. We appreciate your patience.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we ship worldwide. Customs fees, taxes, or duties may apply depending on your country and are the customer’s responsibility.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and link to follow your package.

 



Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery as long as they are unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached. Some items, such as jewelry and final sale pieces, are non-returnable.

Q: Do you offer exchanges?
A: Yes, we offer exchanges for size and color when available. If the requested item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.
