Purchasing Gift Cards

• Gift cards are available for purchase directly through our online store in various denominations.

• All gift cards are delivered digitally via email to the purchaser or recipient after payment is confirmed.

• No physical gift cards are issued.

Redeeming Gift Cards

• Gift cards can be used to purchase any product available on aluovi.com.

• To redeem, simply enter the unique gift card code at checkout.

• If the order total exceeds the value of the gift card, the remaining balance must be paid with another accepted payment method.

• If the order total is less than the gift card value, the unused balance will remain on the card for future use.

Expiration & Fees

• Gift cards do not expire.

• No service fees or maintenance fees apply.

Restrictions

• Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.

• They cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards.

• Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced or refunded. Please treat them like cash.

Refunds & Returns

• Purchases made with a gift card are subject to our standard Return Policy.

• If an item purchased with a gift card is returned, the refund will be credited back to the gift card balance.

• Gift card purchases themselves are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Balance Check

• You can check your remaining gift card balance by entering your code at checkout or contacting our support team.
